Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all Sp5der sweatpants and clothing items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Important Note:
The return period begins from the date you receive your order, not from the date of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your Sp5der items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items must be free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personalized/customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return Your Items
Step 1: Contact Us
Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at returns@sp5dersweatpants.org with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Carefully package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Include your order confirmation and any return forms provided.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Return Shipping
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong Size/Style: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Free Return Shipping:
Orders over $100 qualify for free return shipping when returning due to sizing issues or change of mind.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection and processing
- 3-5 business days for refund to appear in your account
- Up to 10 business days for bank/credit card processing
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use or damage not covered by our return policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.
Exchange Process:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
- We'll hold your preferred item while processing your return
- Once approved, we'll ship your new item at no extra cost
Exchange Availability:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective Sp5der items, please contact us immediately:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/defective item
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
Store Credit
As an alternative to refunds, we offer store credit that:
- Never expires
- Can be used for any future purchases
- Includes a 10% bonus on the credited amount
- Can be combined with promotional offers
