International shipping rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times for international orders are 10-21 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Sp5der sweatpants arrive in perfect condition
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your order confirmation number on our website
- Directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight shipping
- APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
- Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $200
Damaged or Lost Packages
While rare, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at support@sp5dersweatpants.org
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
